Qinuo’s hammer union seals are precision-molded rubber sealing elements used in oil drilling,
fracturing, and high-pressure pipeline connections. These seals
ensure secure and leak-free performance in both low and
high-pressure systems. Each assembly consists of a thread end, nut
end, and hammer nut that compress the lip-style rubber seal to form
a tight connection. The unique lip design prevents the seal from
dislodging even when inverted or subjected to vibration. Our hammer
union seals are available in Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile
(HNBR), and Fluoroelastomer (FKM) materials to withstand oil, sour
gas, and harsh chemical conditions. Sizes include 1", 1.5", 2", 3",
4", 6", and 7" to fit various hammer union figures such as Fig 206,
602, 1002, 1004, 1502, and 2002. To prevent extrusion and enhance
mechanical strength, we offer options with brass or stainless steel
backup rings. These seals are compatible with standard Weco-style
hammer unions and are widely used in oilfields, refineries, and
well service operations worldwide.
