Hammer union seals from Shanghai Qinuo are precision-engineered to
provide dependable sealing performance in demanding oilfield
conditions. These seals are widely used in high-pressure flowlines,
choke and kill manifolds, drilling mud circulation systems,
cementing operations, and fracturing equipment. Each seal is
manufactured to provide a stable, fluid-tight connection that
prevents leaks caused by pressure surges, corrosive media, or
abrasive solids within the flow stream.
Our seals are designed with a robust lip-style profile that ensures
proper seating inside the hammer union cavity, preventing
accidental displacement during installation or heavy-duty
operation. Materials are selected based on application needs: NBR
offers excellent oil resistance, HNBR handles elevated temperatures
and mechanical stress, while FKM resists harsh chemicals, H₂S sour
gas, and extreme well-site environments.
We produce hammer union seals in sizes ranging from 1" to 7",
compatible with Weco and FMC hammer union models including Fig 602,
1002, 1502, and 2002. For extreme high-pressure service, optional
brass or stainless steel anti-extrusion rings keep the seal stable
under loads exceeding 15,000 psi. Qinuo’s seals provide long-term
durability, reduce equipment wear, and ensure reliable performance
in critical oil and gas operations.
