SHQN produces o-rings in inch and metric sizes.the inch sizes are produced to the aerospace standard 568 published by the society of automotive engineers. this standard for o-rings contains 379 sizes and we produce in a wide range of materials.

2: AS568 Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-Rings

SHQN offers a full of range of perfluoroelastomer o rings for use in a wide range of industries. for use in dustrial, foo and drag, Semicoductor and aerospace.

These o rings have excellent chemcial resistance, high temperature resisstance as well as low temperature flexiblity.

3: Back-up rings for AS568 O-Rings

SHQN produces backup rings that are designed to keep o rings from extruding as well as backup-rings for U-cups applications.

These backup rings are produced in either a contoured design. Split or solid confriguration and a wide range of materials are used to fit your application.

4: Metric O rings

SHQN produces a broad range of both European and Japanese Industrial Standard O-Rings. Producing to the British Standard BS 1806, French Standard NFT47-501, German Standard DIN 3771, International Standard ISO 3601-1, Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B 2401, & Swedish Standard SMS 1586.

Hammer union seals:

Hammer Union Seals are used in hammer union-style pipe connections to establish flow lines and prevent leakage.

Available size : 1", 2", 3", 4" and 5"

Material: We offers Hammer Union Seals in Nitrile (also known as NBR, Buna, or Buna-N) for standard service, as well as (also known as fluoroelastomer or FKM) for increased temperature and chemical resistance or HNBR for Sour Gas Service or (PTFE). These are swab cups out of molds we produced. They are offered in various designs to meet many well conditions seen in the oil and gas industry. The swab cup is a rubber part on a special rod which forms a seal between the swab and the wall of the tubing/casing. These swab cups are used for a variety of swabbing applications including both light and heavy loads, as well as shallow and deep wells
